User Data Deletion
NOMEV's Shopify and Pinterest services are operated by Katz Creative Systems. Its Instagram service is operated by Mark Katz Photography (MARK KATZ PHOTOGRAPHY). Both are sole proprietorships operated by Mark Katz in the United States. Merchants and connected account users can request deletion of NOMEV app data.
How to request deletion
Email support@nomevapp.com with the email address used with NOMEV, the connected platform and account username or store URL, and a short note requesting data deletion. A Shopify store is not required for Instagram deletion requests. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
What NOMEV deletes
NOMEV will delete or anonymize app data associated with the request, including connected-account records, uploaded product images, generated drafts, review edits, and operational records where deletion is appropriate.
Retention limits
Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, billing, abuse prevention, audit, or service reliability obligations.
Response target
NOMEV support aims to respond to deletion requests for either service operator within 2 business days.
