NOMEV's Shopify and Pinterest services are operated by Katz Creative Systems. Its Instagram service is operated by Mark Katz Photography (MARK KATZ PHOTOGRAPHY). Both are sole proprietorships operated by Mark Katz in the United States. NOMEV provides editable marketing drafts and user-approved publishing through supported connected channels.

Merchant responsibility
Generated content is draft content. Merchants are responsible for reviewing product details, claims, pricing, SEO fields, tags, alt text, blog drafts, and Shopify records before publishing.
Generated content
Generated drafts may require editing for accuracy, brand fit, product details, compliance, and suitability for the merchant's audience.
Connected Instagram accounts
Connect only a professional account you are authorized to manage. Review the account, images, and caption before approving a post. Instagram connection, publishing, and Insights are in private testing while NOMEV completes Meta verification for customer access; these features are not yet generally available to customers.
Shopify templates
When using product templates or starter templates, merchants must verify variants, pricing, vendor, product type, options, and related Shopify settings before live use.
Availability
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting issues, Shopify API interruptions, third-party provider issues, or operational incidents.
Prohibited use
Merchants may not use the app to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.
